Join us for our First Lunch & Learn Event of 2018!

Our Lunch & Learn event will focus on that all important topic, health & wellness.  Come to hear tips on how to learn work at work, and some stretches/exercises that you can do throughout your day to give you the energy you need to get through those 16 hours days as easily as the 4 hour days.

Lunch will be provided on-site and will consist of sandwiches and salad.  Please note your dietary restrictions when you register for the event.

After the educational session, you’ll have the opportunity to walk through the Questing space and even try out a Quest!  A Questing session is available by request only and if we can get a group of 3 or more attendees interested, so be sure to recruit your friends!   Please note if you would definitely like to go on a Quest after the educational session (suggested time of 1 hour).

Registration closes on Thursday, February 8th at 10:00AM, so be sure to register ASAP!  For any questions about this event, please contact us at
